First stage of the Triveneto in Borgo Ticino: back on track!
Finally back on track after the long winter break with the first round of the Triveneto Championship at the Pista Azzurra in Borgo Ticino (NO), which took place on April 12th.
Excellent performances in the SM5 category with two moto wins for Alessandro Mantia #341, who finished the day in first place. Second step on the podium for his category teammate Fabiano Bartoli #51 after a great comeback in both races.
Second step on the podium also in SM4 on road for Michael Diodato #2 in preparation for the first round of the Italian Championship.
In SM2, Lorenzo Surace #44 achieved seventh place overall in the category after two hard-fought motos.
In SM1 Pro, Mattia Negri #70 finished the day in twelfth position, unable to find the right feeling with the Piedmontese track.
"It was a good restart, all the guys gave their best. Now we have the first Italian Championship race scheduled for Saturday, April 18th, and Sunday, April 19th, in Ottobiano." - commented Team Principal Gilda Benazzi.
